Guests can check-in time from 3.00pm and our standard check-out time is by 11.00am. Please contact the Guest Services Team if you wish to arrange an early check-in or late check-out time, this will be subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

PAYMENT
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards.Bookings are
non-refundable but can be changed, subject to availability, within 12 months. 48 hour
notice required to reschedule hotel bookings. All offers are subject to
availability at the time of booking. Exclusions and restrictions apply.
SMOKING POLICY
Macleod House & Lodge is a smoke-free hotel. A £500 refreshment/cleaning charge will be applied for smoking within the hotel.
LOSSES & LIABILITY
Management reserves the right to charge guests’ debit/credit card for any unpaid charges including, but not limited to, accommodation, in-room charges, transport charges, additional services and Trump retail items.
Guests will be held liable for any damage caused to the hotel or hotel property during their stay and relevant charges will be applied to the debit/credit card used for the booking.
Macleod House & Lodge is not responsible for money, jewellery or other valuables that have been misplaced, lost, stolen or left in guestrooms, public areas and/or hotel vehicles.
Use of the hotel car park is at guests’ own risk. MacLeod House & Lodge does not accept any liability for damage to or theft of guest vehicles when parked onsite.

Our Guest Services Team at MacLeod House & Lodge are able to assist with any requests you may have during your stay. These include, but are not limited to:

- Special requests including gifts, flowers and any other bespoke requests
HOTEL RESIDENT GOLF
Residents receive complimentary access to the practice area.
Golf Club hire is available at an additional cost.
Professional golf coaching is available from our resident golf professionals. Advance booking is recommended.
