Trump International Golf Links, Scotland – Fact Sheet Location: Menie Estate, Aberdeenshire, Scotland Acreage: Approximately 1400 acres Description: Trump International Golf Links, Scotland, will feature two18-hole championship courses set amidst soaring dunes on Scotland’s northeast coast, complemented by a full array of resort and member amenities. In this phenomenal setting, golf course architect Martin Hawtree and his team will design championship golf courses which retain the natural environment of the area, enhance the beauty of the setting, and play like classic seaside links golf courses. Practice Facilities: Golf driving range, golf academy and short game practice area. Designer: The golf courses will be Martin Hawtree Signature Design, of Hawtree Ltd, Woodstock, England. Additional Amenities: The development will also include a luxurious clubhouse with sea views, a 450 room, five-star resort hotel with associated conference and banquet facilities, full-service spa, tennis courts and recreational facilities, a state-of-the-art golf academy, maintenance facility with turf grass research center, 36 luxury four- and eight-bedroom golf lodges, as well as 950 holiday homes with sea views.
