George A. Sorial is leading The Trump Organization’s development of a golf resort and residential community in Scotland.  Sorial has worked on numerous domestic and international real estate and commercial transactions on behalf of The Trump Organization, including the acquisition of Trump National Golf Club, Bedminster.

In his role with The Trump Organization, Sorial also serves as President of the Board of Managers at Trump World Tower, United Nations Plaza, New York.

No stranger to Scotland or to the game of golf, Sorial has traveled throughout Scotland and spent many summer holidays on the Isle of Lewis, where his mother was born and raised and his family continues to reside.  Although he lives in New York City, his fond childhood memories remain and he considers Scotland a favored retreat and second home.

“Standing on the dunes and looking at the North Sea from Mr. Trump’s property in Aberdeenshire, I am truly excited by the magnitude and impact this project will have on Scotland and the entire golf world,” Sorial commented.

When Donald J. Trump presented Sorial with the opportunity to manage this project, he was honored and captivated by the professional challenge of managing a multi-billion dollar development in the country of his ancestors.

Prior to joining The Trump Organization, Sorial spent over 10 years in private practice and was a partner with a prominent law firm, specializing in corporate law, mergers/acquisitions and complex commercial real estate transactions.

A graduate of Boston University School of Law and Boston University Graduate School of Management, Sorial received his Juris Doctor in 1995 and his Master of Business Administration in 1996.  In 1999, he also received his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Seton Hall University School of Law.  In 1990, Sorial received his Bachelor of Arts in Classical Civilization and Psychology from Boston University College of Arts and Sciences.

Sorial is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey as well as the District of Columbia.
