NEIL HOBDAY
Project Director
Trump International Golf Links, Scotland

Neil Hobday, Project Director Trump International Golf Links, Scotland, has been involved in the golf business for 20 years.  He managed the business affairs of some of the world’s top professional golfers while working for Mark McCormack at IMG.  His clients included Colin Montgomerie, Sam Torrance, Paul Lawrie, Eduard Romero, Laura Davies and Roger Davis.

He was a founding director of David Murray’s sports management company Carnegie Sports International and helped establish offices, operations and clients in Edinburgh, New York and London.

In 1995 Neil was asked to lead the development and operations at Loch Lomond Golf Club by new owner Lyle Anderson and while there, also ran the World Invitational Golf Championship which transformed into the Scottish Open.

Prior to joining Donald Trump’s Scottish team Neil assisted in establishing The Finest Golf Clubs of the World group and consulted on the development of Kingsbarns Golf Links.

 

Lora McCluskey
Director of Membership, Marketing and PR

For over a decade, Lora McCluskey has worked in the top echelon of the golf industry, forging and maintaining relationships with golfers, golf clubs, media, golf associations, resorts and suppliers.

She has built a successful consultancy based on her knowledge and ability to maneuver in this tight-knit international community.

Lora’s first five years in the golfing world were spent at the illustrious Loch Lomond Golf Club where she worked in all aspects of club operations:  membership services, public relations and marketing, human resources and training, food and beverage, front office and finance.

With this superb platform and range of skills, she joined a travel company focusing on high-end, inbound golf travel to Scotland, Ireland, South Africa and Europe. This business made the most of her organizational, sales and marketing skills as Lora regularly represented the company at industry trade events around the globe.

Lora established her own consultancy in 2005 to best utilize her skills in international marketing for a broad range of clients, including The Trump Organization.
